Habibi, I’m coming to Dubai!
It was a booking I had through iconic fashion and commercial photographer and videographer, Jim Hesterman, where I was lucky to first meet Shahida Clayton. Jim Hesterman and I have worked together for over 10 years on many different types of projects, both fashion and commercial related. It was based on his recommendation of my talent that Shahida decided to allow me the opportunity to shoot one of her lines at Blok Studio in Phoenix, Arizona on February 16th, 2023.

My intention whenever I shoot with new clients is to stay laser focused on exactly what they are looking to accomplish with our booking, paying attention to the vibe they would like me to curate, and work extremely hard to emulate. It’s a part of my experience to also leave no shortage of joy, positivity, and kindness all throughout. I think this is what was attractive to Shahida when deciding to continue bookings with me both local in Arizona as well as nationally past our first day together.

My first international model trip was when I lived in Athens, Greece for 3 months. During my stay I attended daily castings all over the inner cities where I took the tram most days. It was through this experience that it taught me I am only as good as my first impression. Not only that, but once you secure the booking, you are expected to execute and work with intensity to prove you are just as dedicated to the high quality results as they are.

It has been truly an honor to be a part of SHAHIDA PARIDES® since February of 2023. Throughout the seasons, we have done local Arizona photoshoots, ones in Palm Desert, CA, Los Angeles, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Vegas, and now we are finally ready to take our first international trip together in DUBAI!

I am forever grateful for the trust and love we have built together over the many shoots and trips during our time. Shahida and I can spend hours and hours talking nonstop about life, our values, industry trends, goals and dreams for brand storytelling, and always how we can serve her customers best. I know it’s because of this relationship we have built that has brought us to current day plans of making international trips happen. The goal for this trip is to bring even that much more vision, value, and inspiration to the SHAHIDA PARIDES® brand.
