I am so honored and floored to be featured on Voyage Phoenix in their “Local Stories” section.

I find that most of the professional or artistic opportunities that came my way were never just a random coincidence.

I don’t believe in luck, I believe in all the steps before it that got you to the right person, as you went through the right door…eventually.

I remember when I first started writing out some of these darker stories than I imagine most can digest, my intention was to release and heal some of these things I held onto.

Each article I wrote, it usually flew out of me, I got more connected to myself.

Writing these things out was a way of releasing all the toxicity that pervaded my internal experience for so long.

I remember I watched a video where someone had a glass full of colored water, and as they held this colored water under the running sink faucet, eventually, the color started fading back to translucent.

It was a true visual representation of what that healing process would look, and it gave me the hope I would find my way back to my body’s balanced rhythm.

A special thank you to Amanda Leigh. I think it was because of the openness we both had to share our stories and empower each other, that she thought to refer my name to the magazine for a feature.

Thank you also to my dad, Jerry Leih, the person behind the name of my company.

Deep love and gratitude for Sunshine Acres Children’s Home. They truly helped intervene where I needed the help, not just in my youth, but also multiple times in my adulthood where I needed more support and resources.

It’s scary to put myself out there, but I know I have gone through enough life experiences where I can be strong and still authentic to myself.

Thank you everyone for the support, from the bottom of my heart, this is experience right here is why life is always worth living!
