Giving my inner child the words to heal in a cafe.

I want to just take time for a moment and say thank you Heather.

You made it here.

Finally, a cafe.

Experiencing life and being kind and giving back.

That’s what I want to do.

I don’t want to live with these burdened thoughts.

I am better now, I see better now.

I just have to remember, that every time I elevate, I might just need to ensure all parts of me are elevating.

I knew that you didn’t like being tired.

I knew that you didn’t like feeling like a victim.

I knew that you didn’t like feeling like you had to speak to everyone else in order to have confidence.

I knew that you didn’t want to fail at being an entrepreneur.

I know that you can get better organized.

I know that there are things that are important that need to be handled.

It’s going to be okay because we will get to it.

I’m sorry that you’re hurting so much that you can’t do these things, but let’s ease into this you and I.

Let’s go farther than we did the last time.

Just a little farther.

I care about you.

I care about how you do in the world.

I care about how you are feeling in the world, about the world.

I know that we are in “this” world, whatever that is.

I can never tell, so I must just continue to let go.

Of what is because it’s constantly changing.

I can’t wait to be free the day that is my time.

I just want to know. And until then I’m going to live my life everyday like maybe one of those days could be like these days.

Thank you Heather for going slow.

Thank you for venting out to yourself, your emotions, and feelings.

Do you see how simple this is?

It’s just that simple.

Your soul is on your sleeve.

You are powerful to become anything that you desire to be, and you only need to be acting from each moment to moment.

Taking what seems to be a “stop-in-time” moment about what’s happening.

When you get closer to yourself, you won’t need to ask how that is supposed to be because it will be.

You’ll know that you are you and that you got you.

It’s like a dance with yourself.

Offer yourself to take a dance.

Allow yourself to be open to the type of dance and what the music might be.

After all, isn’t it beautiful that a sound has a sound at all?

What are we doing with our time, my love we are here.

You are here and I am here.

We are going to be fine.

I’m right here.

Writer notes:

These words are like a gentle little shift from the critic that lives in my head. I found out that the critic has been programmed in my mind due to the lack of awareness in that I have always the control to accept what I receive. In order to heal the broken soul, you must dig deep, deep into your soul, and find what makes YOU happy. You can look to other people’s visions to start, but just know that this lifetime is the lifetime of you to connect deeper to you, and what really is, and what really can be. Thank you for being here with me.
